First designed while at Callison in 2011, the concept evolved in 2014 to resemble a Georgian Maison house with an inviting central atrium, a renewed basement offer and a new bridal concept. The store opened in June 2016 relaunching Mappin & Webb and celebrating the craftsmanship of the brand. The construction phase was completed while appointed as the Internal Store Design Team at the Watches of Switzerland Group.
